Coaching

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationships cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? I created the L.E.A.F. (Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, Food) Plan to educate and inspire my clients to appreciate how lifestyle changes can positively impact overall wellness. As we work together, we will collaborate on creating changes that fit with your personal lifestyle.

This individual session is designed to see where you have been, where you are now, and where you would like to go. We will take a look at what you are already doing that is working and where there is room for improvement. This is an introduction to the coaching process and will provide you with a foundation toward healthier living. Price: $95.

Private Coaching

This program is for those who are looking to make lifestyle changes in a one-on one setting. We will talk about more than just nutrition and physical activity, but all areas of your life and how they impact your health. I will work with you to set reasonable goals and develop an action plan that works best with your lifestyle.

The program consists of eight biweekly sessions. During these sessions, we will assess your current diet and lifestyle, define specific goals, and work together to create your custom roadmap toward healthy living. Clients in this phase gain an understanding of better nutrition and the habits they need to develop in order to reach their health goals. Price: $750.

Additional sessions. After completing their initial coaching, some clients wish to to have additional coaching sessions to further refine their existing goals or focus on new goals. Clients who have completed private coaching can sign up for an additional three sessions scheduled at their convenience. Price: $300.

Culinary Coaching

This program is for individuals interested in adopting healthy cooking habits, or who just need guidance on how to get started with home cooking. We’ll focus on your food preferences and how changes in meal preparation can help you reach your health goals. Price: $550.

This four-session program includes:

  • Identifying your individual goals
  • Assessment of eating habits and culinary skills
  • Review meal planning and grocery shopping tips
  • Handouts and book recommendations as needed
  • One hands-on cooking session
